Imageshop's AI module offers advanced facial recognition, automatic tagging, and intelligent organization of your image bank. The module can also be integrated with Imageshop's consent management module to automatically identify individuals and connect them to their current consent information. Automatic AI tags (keywords)
With the AI module activated, images are automatically analyzed and tagged with relevant keywords upon upload. On the file's detail page in the administration panel, you can easily review, edit, remove, or add new tags manually. All AI-generated tags are fully searchable within the image bank.
Automatic alternative text (Alt text)
As an optional feature, the AI module can also generate automatic suggestions for alternative text for your images. This text describes the motif visually and is saved as searchable metadata in the system, enhancing universal design. Since these texts are AI-generated, we recommend human quality assurance. You can verify, refine, or manually change the alternative text directly in the metadata form within the administration panel at any time. Read more about verifying here!
Facial recognition with AI
For the system to recognize specific individuals across the image bank, they must first be registered in the system. This is easily done via the image's detail page:
- Go to the detail page in the administration panel for an image where the person is located.
- Enter the person's name in the people field and click the button «Save and tag similar faces».
Once this is done, the AI system will automatically scan your entire existing image bank to identify and tag the person in all other motifs where they appear. This recognition will also happen automatically during future image uploads.
Quick search via face selection
When you hover your mouse pointer over a person's face in the image bank, a facial recognition selection box will appear. Clicking on this box performs an immediate search and shows you all images found of the same person.
Overview of registered AI-people
In the administration panel, you have access to a complete overview of all registered AI-people. This allows you to quickly monitor which people have been created and see the specific images connected to each individual.
