How to send / share files

You can send files directly from Imageshop to collegues, or external people outside your organization, without user access. The person you are sending files to will receive an email with a link where all files can be downloaded in the desired format.

Send the files directly

If the files are in the same category / same search result, it is most efficient to use the selection function + send button in the action bar at the bottom of the page like this:

- Search and find the files you want to send. 

- Click and mark the selected assets. 

- Click "send" on the "action bar" at the bottom of the page.   

- Fill in the subject, receivers e-mails, a comment and click "Send download"

If you do not want to send an e-mail from the image bank, but want a link that you can send in an e-mail / share on the intranet, for example, you can use the function "Get link", then you will get a URL that you can copy and share. It will work the same way and anyone with the link can download the files.

Collect files in My Download before sending

If the files you want to send are in different categories / searches, or you want a good overview of all the files before they are sent, it can be useful to use "My download".

- Search and find the files you want to send. 

- Click and mark the selected assets.

You can click "Select All" to mark all files on a specific page. You can also select individual files by holding down Ctrl and clicking on the file.

- Click " + Add to my download" on the action bar at the bottom of the page

- Search and find other files and repeat until you have added all the files you want to download.

- Click on the menu item "My download"

- Accept the terms of use and click "continue"

- Scroll down to review the files you have added to the download, if you want to remove a file before sending, you can click "Remove from my downloads"

- Click " Send all"

- Fill in the subject, receivers e-mails, a comment and click "Send download"
