Logging in consent module

Here you will find an overview of logs in the consent module, and functionality linked to these. In the logs for the consent module, all changes and activity are saved. So that administrators can easily get an overview of what has been done.

The consent module is an extra module and has an additional cost. If you want this module, you can contact us at support@imageshop.no.

There are two types of logs in the consent module.

1. General log

Here you will find an overview of all changes and settings that have been made to the consent module. This could, for example, be changes to consent texts.

2. Individual log

This is a log of each consenting person. Here you can see a log of all activity related to the person.

General log

To find the general log

1. Press the Privacy menu
2. Select Log for consent module
3. Here you will find a general log

Individual log

1. Press the Privacy menu
2. Select Log for consenting persons
3. Select the desired consent person
4. At the bottom of the page you will find the Log consenting person

Download log

1. Go to the desired log
2. Select the time period you wish to download the log for
3. Press export
4. You will now be able to download an excel file with the log
