Custom fields

You can easily create new fields in Imageshop for additional information that you want your files to be tagged with. This is useful if your company has special information that goes beyond the default fields in Imageshop (name, description, copyrights, credits, and keywords).

1. Enter the administration (admin5.imageshop.no)

2. Click your name up in the right-hand corner and select "Configuration"

3. Click “Custom fields”

4. Click “Create new field”

5. Enter the name of the new field.

6. You can choose whether the information in this field should be searchable with the on / off button

7. On the left hand side, choose which interfaces the field should be visible in.

8. Click "Save". You can now tag files in the new field.
