Create and manage custom fields

In Imageshop, you can easily create your own custom information fields for tagging. This is highly useful if your company needs to register specific information on files that goes beyond the standard fields (name, description, copyright, credit, and keywords).

How to create a custom field

1. Log in to the administration panel via admin5.imageshop.no.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner and select «Configuration».
3. Click on «Custom fields» in the left menu.
4. Click on the «Create new field» button.

5. Enter the desired name for the new field in the text box.
6. Use the on/off toggle switch to choose whether the information entered into this field should be searchable for users in the image bank.
7. In the list, check which interfaces (portals) this field should be visible in during tagging and viewing.
8. Click on «Save». The field is now created and immediately ready for use when tagging images.
