Dear Imageshop user,
On 13 November 2023, Imageshop's login system will be updated. The change means that you as a user from that date will only need 1 username and password to log in to Imageshop, even if you have access to several Imageshop databases.
The update comes from the fact that from this date we are switching to using the Microsoft Identity system to handle authentication to Imageshop. It also opens up the possibility that in the future we can arrange for an even better and configurable login system.
In some cases, the change means that users with multiple accesses to Imageshop will be shown a drop-down menu with their accesses, so that they can choose the right access.
However, most users of Imageshop currently only have 1 login to Imageshop and will therefore not notice anything about the update. Everything will be as before.
Users who log in with Single Sign On (SSO) systems, such as e.g. Azure AD will not notice anything about the update being carried out.
This update will make the use of Imageshop even easier and safer for more of our users, as they will have fewer usernames and passwords to manage. For Imageshop, this is also an advantage, which increases security.
In the future, there will be several updates that make the access system to Imageshop even more configurable and possible to adapt to the needs of each organization that uses Imageshop. Safety will always be taken care of as priority number 1.
If you receive a message about "Wrong password"
Try the "Forgot password" function, which is available in the front end of all Imageshops.
If you experience other problems with logging in to Imageshop, please do not call us, but send an e-mail to our support: support@imageshop.org - so that we can quickly help you.
Best regards
The Imageshop team
