You can easily add new users in the administration panel.
A - Add a New User
- Go to admin – admin5.imageshop.no
- Click “Edit” in the menu at the top right.
- Select “Users”.

- Click “Add new user”.
- Enter the user's name, company, email address, and initials.
- Under “Settings”, you can choose the user type (see HERE for an explanation), whether the user should use two-factor authentication, whether the user is a photographer, and which language should be the default.
- At the bottom, select which interfaces the user should have access to. Check “Approved” if the user should have access. Enable “Direct download” if the user should be able to download images directly from the frontend.
- Click “Save”. The user will then receive an email with login information.
B - Grant Access to Upload via Frontend
If you want a user to be able to upload images via the frontend, the user must be granted access to do so. This requires the additional module “User Upload”.
- Go to admin – admin5.imageshop.no
- Click “Edit” in the menu at the top right.
- Select “Users”.
- Find the user you want to grant access to and click “Edit”.
- Under the heading “Access”, enable access to the interface called either “For Approval” or “Images for Approval”. The user will then be able to upload images via the frontend.
