Administrators in Imageshop can easily update the text displayed under the «Terms» menu item in the image bank. Here you can add your own terms, guidelines, or other important information that should be available to users. It is possible to use different texts for different interfaces if you have multiple portals or languages.

How to find «Terms of use»

  1. Log in to admin5.imageshop.no.
  2. Click your name in the top right corner and select «Configurations».
  3. Click «Terms of use».

Make changes for one specific interface

  1. Click the interface you want to edit in the tabs at the top of the page.
  2. Update the text in the language fields.
  3. Click «Save changes».

Make changes for all interfaces at the same time

  1. Click the «Default» tab at the top of the page.
  2. Make the desired changes in the text fields.
  3. Select the interfaces at the bottom of the page and click «Copy current interface to».

Publish the changes

The changes will not be visible to end users until the interface has been published.

  1. Go back to «Configurations».
  2. Select «Preview and publish».
  3. Publish the relevant interface.

Tips

  • Remember to update the text in all languages if the solution is multilingual.
  • Use clear and concise wording to make the terms easier to read.
  • Use the «Standard» tab if you want to update multiple interfaces at the same time.
  • Remember to publish after making changes, otherwise the updates will not be visible to users.
