When viewing your image files in admin, there are several display options you can choose from by clicking "Display options" above the images.
Thumbnail size
Here you can choose the size of the thumbnails.
Previews
By activating previews, you will see a preview of any image you hold your mouse cursor over. This can be useful if you've chosen a small thumbnail size.
Display mode
You can choose from several display modes:
Normal
In normal view, images are displayed only with their filenames underneath. This is the best view if you want to see as many images as possible at once and don't need much information about them.
Detailed
In detail view, images are presented with various details, such as description, credits, copyright information, alternative text, and categories. You will not be able to change the thumbnail size, as this view has a fixed size for thumbnails. Since fewer images are shown at a time, you will need to scroll more. However, this mode is useful if you need to see more details about the images.
Edit
In this view mode, you can edit image information without opening each image individually. You can also verify alternative text if you have the AI module (Read more about it here: https://helpdesk.imageshop.org/en/support/solutions/articles/80001169661-ai-generated-alt-text).
Persons consent
In this view mode you will be able to see the status of the consent of different images. In the columns next to the images you will for example be able to easily see if an image is approved or if it lacks consent.
